Your First Visit

We look forward to meeting you at your first visit to our office. We know your time is valuable so we have developed our one step comprehensive examination and consultation. During this time, we will help you get acquainted with our office and introduce you to the Younis Orthodontic Team.

Your first visit will consist of an initial examination, diagnostic photos, and digital x-rays at no charge. Dr. Younis will discuss the findings and your overall orthodontic health and address any questions and concerns you may have. We understand that each patient’s orthodontic treatment is different, and we promise to give you the personal attention you deserve.

We will address the following questions so you have the answers you need. We encourage you to ask questions as well.

  • Is there a condition that orthodontics can address?
  • When is the right time for treatment?
  • What type of treatment will be used to correct the problem?
  • How long will treatment take?
  • How much will it cost?
  • What are my payment options?

After the one step comprehensive evaluation, we will provide a written summary of the findings and your estimated fees. We encourage questions from patients and parents, and we provide ample time to answer your questions.

To help us provide you with the best experience possible, get a head start and complete our new patient form before your first appointment.

Your Financial Options

It is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, Visa, and MasterCard. We offer free in-house financing  and participate with CareCredit to help with any out-of-pocket expenses. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.

We accept all insurances. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, we will adjust the fee by the anticipated insurance payments and lower your payments. Many insurance policies have a lifetime orthodontic benefit that is different from regular dental insurance. Insurance policies vary, so we will review your insurance to determine the appropriate course of action. Once treatment has started, we will file your claims.

To help us with your insurance filing, please complete the insurance questions on our Initial Exam Form.
